Human Resources
Important Message from the Office of Human Resources
As of June 1, 2021, the Office of Human Resources will be expanding in-person services to the university community for distribution and collection of new hire tax and employment forms.
Our preferred and primary means of collecting tax and employment documents will continue to be in-person and by appointment. However, we will also offer walk-in hours during which new hires can come to our office in Koren Hall to complete their forms without an appointment. Beginning June 1, 2021 walk-in hours will be Tuesdays from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. and Thursdays 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Walk-ins will be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Capacity will be limited to ensure that appropriate safety precautions are followed and also to allow sufficient time and attention to each new hire.
To request an appointment or speak to a Human Resources staff member regarding tax and employment forms, please email careers@duq.edu or call 412-396-6575, prompt #7. For additional information regarding tax and employment forms, please review the attached document.
We look forward to seeing our colleagues in person and will be operating in accordance with CDC and related federal, state and local guidance.
